葉景呂人生當中唯一一張運動裝的照片。他雙手緊握一對啞鈴，一身白色運動短裝，白色運動鞋，當年，第四屆奧運會在葉景呂生活過五年的倫敦舉辦，也許激發了葉景呂鍛煉身體的興趣。
照片中的他雖然仍然蓄辮，但前額頭髮再次長起來了，可見葉景呂並沒有嚴格遵從“五天一打辮，十天一剃頭”的祖制。他也並沒有正對著鏡頭照相，而是稍微側身而站在提花地毯上。
