葉景呂還是戴著那副雙視玳瑁架眼鏡，上衣口袋插著兩支鋼筆，還配戴了一枚五角星紀念章，這是在他的年度肖像照中首次出現的打扮。看得出，葉景呂竭力想融入當時那個“振奮人心”的群眾運動。
