葉景呂右手持文明棍，左手拿著當時在上流社會常用的太陽帽 ，頗有一副英國紳士的派頭，雖然他穿的依舊是中國傳統的馬褂，長衫和圓口布鞋。這頂太陽帽後來在1929年和1938年又重複出現在他的肖像中 。 

照相館背景幕布依然是典型的羅馬柱和西洋帷幔。

Ye Jinglü segura uma bengala na sua mão direita e um elegante capacete de sol, o que lhe confere um aspecto de cavalheiro inglês apesar da restante roupa, com os seus tradicionais casaco, túnica e sapatos de tecido. Este capacete de sol aparece novamente nos retratos de 1929 e 1938. 

O cenário do estúdio é mais uma vez constituído por um pilar clássico romano e cortinas ocidentais.

Ye Jinglü holds a walking cane in his right hand and a fashionable sun helmet, which give him the look of a British gentleman despite the rest of his attire, with its traditional jacket, gown and cloth shoes. This sun helmet appears again in the 1929 and 1938 portraits. 

The studio backdrop is still the classical Roman pillar and Western drapes.
